Gratitude Sunday~ 12/29/19
Gratitude check today!
"Gratitude makes sense of our past through acceptance while bringing peace for today toward envisioning and creating our tomorrow."
Gratitude is a powerful catalyst for bliss as it ignites the fire of joy within our soul. It is the fairest blossom springing from the center of our spirit... and during the moments, when our own light extinguishes, it is rekindled by another's spark. Throughout our own past, we have a cause to deeply think with a loving appreciation of all those who have lit our flame within us.
Gratefulness felt and thankfulness expressed is the beginning of gratitude as it completes thankfulness and concludes gratefulness. Thankfulness may consist of mere words, but gratitude completes the moments with action. Just as well as bliss cannot be consumed, earned, owned, worn or traveled to. Bliss is spiritually experiencing every moment of your livelihood lovingly, joyfully, and graciously with others beyond yourself.
So rise up with thanks, to those who have sacrificed for you, supported you, provided for you, served you, benefited you, given you, entertained you, and died for you.
CHEERS~ to your great life, great day and success continuing...

One of these laws is known as the "Law Of Attraction", or the law of "Reaping and Sowing". This law simply states, whatever you give out in Thought, Word, Feeling, and Action is returned to us. Whether the return is negative, or positive, failure or success, is all up to what you give out. Many authors and celebrities such as, Wayne Dyer, Oprah Winfrey, Will Smith, Jim Carrey, Steve Harvey, Rhonda Byrne, and many others have testified to this amazing Law Of Attraction. Its time you learn this wonderful secret...

Most people block the law of attraction because they do not know how to manifest while sleeping, use law of attraction and sleep, and do not know how to use the secret. There are certain tricks to using law of attraction to easily manifest what you want, but in order to do so you have to stop using the law of attraction, sleep, and your subconscious mind in negative ways. How To Reinvent Yourself & Be The Best Version Of Yourself
Have you ever felt tired of who you've become and wished you could just reinvent yourself?
Perhaps you feel like you're not living to your potential? Maybe you wish to live in a way that's truer to yourself but just don't know where to start?
If you've found yourself thinking these things, you're not alone. But what does it mean to be the best version of yourself, and how can you actively become that person? This article explores how to reinvent yourself at any age, taking you through the steps that will help you understand how you want to live and show you how to pursue your passions.
Whether you're trying to figure out how to reinvent yourself after a breakup, looking to reinvent yourself at work or just feeling like there should be more to your life, we'll offer you tips and tricks that will help you get there.
What Does Reinvention Mean?
First, let's develop a clearer idea of what it even means to reinvent yourself.
It's important to note that self-reinvention is really about learning to become yourself rather than learning how to reinvent your personality from scratch.
Instead of utterly rewriting your values, goals and personality traits, the goal of self-reinvention involves coming to understand your passions and needs on a deeper level, and learning to live in accordance with them.
Think of it as becoming more authentic, and as focusing on increasing self-knowledge.
Crucially, reinvention can occur on one or more distinct levels.
So, you might stay the same in your personal life but completely transform your career.
Alternatively, you might keep your current job but resolve to totally change your attitude to your work. Even if you transform yourself in one specific area, it can have knock-on effects on your overall self-worth and happiness.
If you're going to reinvent yourself in meaningful ways, it's necessary to believe in the possibility of creating your reality. The Law of Attraction teaches us, our thoughts and feelings have the power to shape the world.
This means that by changing the way you view yourself and the possibilities in your life, you can actively reshape your identity and change the opportunities you attract.
However, before becoming the best version of yourself, you need to create an idea of what that version looks like. There are two crucial steps here – being honest with yourself, and knowing what you want.
Be Honest With Yourself
Ask yourself this: do I really want to change?
If there are parts of you that resist the idea of reinvention it can slow you down when changing.
This dissonance will make it much harder for you to evolve in a meaningful way. If you're not sure you really want to change, it's worth thinking about this a bit more.
What's holding you back?
Could it be the fear of the unknown or a fear of failure? Once you identify and engage with anxieties, you might find yourself feeling much more open to the idea of reinvention.
Secondly, be honest about your biggest strengths, as these will be key to becoming the best version of yourself. Ask “What is my power, and how could I best use it?”.
Remember that you don't need to get this right the first time – the whole process of reinvention is about brainstorming and trying out new ideas.
Know What You Want
To reinvent yourself in a way that makes you happy, you need to get clear on your priorities.
Knowing what you want and don't want can help you figure out what things should stay the same in your life, and what things need to change.
Where do you want to go? What does your ideal life look like, and what steps would you need to take to get there?
It can be useful to make two lists – one outlining the main facts about your situation as it is now, and one outlining how you want your future to be. For example, include descriptions of how you see yourself now vs.
how you want to be seen, and add acts about how you spend your time (at work and at home).
Also, be sure to note things that are missing that you would like to add.
It’s Never Too Late To Recreate Yourself
A feeling of being “past it” is one of the biggest hangups that stops people from making life changes needed.
If your situation has been stagnant for a long time, you must just tell yourself that this is all you can expect from life, and bemoan the fact you didn't take risks at an earlier stage.
This can lead to long-term dissatisfaction, low mood, and bitterness, as well as difficulties enjoying even the good things you have.
It's vital to try and free yourself from this mindset, as there is no time at which it's too late to turn things around.
So, if you take anything away from this article, let it be this: you can create yourself anew at any stage of your life.
There are no rules that say you need to stick with a career, a relationship or a way of being that doesn't make you happy.
There is no age at which it is “too late” to become a different, more fulfilled person. So, whether you're 18 or 80, now is the perfect time to become the best version of yourself. Let's take a closer look at what this might involve at different stages of life.
How To Reinvent Yourself At 40
At 40, it's common to take stock of what's important and to connect with the brief, precious nature of life.
So if your goal is to find out how to reinvent yourself at 40 or how to reinvent yourself at 45, give some thought to what really matters.
What relationships, preoccupations and stresses can you eliminate? How can you be more honest in your interactions with others?
If you were starting your working life again, what would you do – and how can you make that happen now?
How To Reinvent Yourself At 50
If your focus is on how to reinvent your life at 50, many of the questions suggested above are just as relevant.
At this age, if you want to change careers you might particularly worry about being over-qualified.
However, you can own this and use it as a selling point, explaining to people in your new career track how your diverse experience translates to this fresh area. Similar lessons apply in your personal life.
For example, don't be afraid to start dating again just because you're recently single.
Update your ideas of what you want from a potential partner, and put yourself out there!
How To Reinvent Yourself At 60
When you're looking at how to reinvent yourself at 60 it is just as easy as doing it at any other age.
But pacing yourself is one of the most important things you can do in order to reinvent yourself properly.
Once you realize what changes you want to make, you'll likely be eager to start tackling those.
But, it's better to take gradual steps towards fitness than it is running yourself into the ground at the gym.
Whatever your goals, ask yourself what small step you can take each day to move closer to the version of yourself that you want to be. Slow, steady progress will get you there!
Steps to Reinvent Yourself
Let's turn now to a plan that you can follow to reinvent yourself, regardless of what that reinvention might look like (and the stage at which you might be doing it).
We'll work our way through six specific techniques that will help you refine who you want to be and assist you in taking concrete steps forward towards your new self.
A brief warning: if you go into this process asking how to change yourself completely then you'll likely be disappointed. That sort of goal is based on rejecting your fundamental identity and usually has its roots in low self-esteem.
In contrast, if you view this journey as one that is all about growing into the very best version of yourself, you can feel good about who you are at all stages.
Try to focus on your core talents and positive traits throughout, looking at how these can be adapted to help you achieve your Life goals in work, love and life.
Follow Your Passion
The core question at the heart of your transformation is this: “How to be me?” In other words, how you can live in a way that better fits with who you are at your core?
How can you better fit the things you care about?
Following your passion is a huge part of this process.
If you're not sure what your passion is, think about the common threads running through the times when you've been happiest and most fulfilled. What are the factors that keep coming up?
For example, do you thrive most when you're giving back to others?
Is creativity a major contributor to your happiness? Are you a natural performer?
Following your passion means devoting energy and attention to fostering that passion, and finding ways to make it the centerpiece of your life.
When you identify and follow your passion, you naturally step towards a new version of yourself that is more real, more confident and more satisfied.
Be Grateful
Changing your mindset is also essential to transformation. If you want to be the best version of yourself, you need to be able to feel grateful for who you are. Cultivating a positive, growth-oriented mindset rather than focusing on what you don't have or what you don't enjoy is vital.
When we're able to focus on the good, we attract more and more good into our lives.
If you struggle to be positive in this way, consider keeping a daily gratitude journal. All you need to do is write down three things that make you feel grateful each day, this simple habit starts to reshape how you look at the world.
Remember these don't need to be huge things -for example, good conversations with friends, and things you see in nature.
When you start to see more good, your energy changes and you're in a place that's more compatible with transformation.
Make A Plan
While working on yourself and your feelings are indispensable parts of reinventing yourself, don't underestimate the importance of practical planning!
Create a comprehensive roadmap to becoming the person you want to be.
Try to come up with a rough timeline for achieving various milestones along the way.
In addition, try to anticipate and plan for any roadblocks.
For example, if you want to reinvent yourself as a more confident and social person, you might have a plan with various, escalating social goals on it.
You might catch up with a few friends this month, then go to an event with new people next month.
Meanwhile, you might know that you sometimes avoid social contact when you're tired – but you can write this into your plan, suggesting a pre-emptive strategy to manage your energy and keep you engaged with people.
Try New Things
Reinventing yourself offers you a chance to play and experiment with your identity.
Try not to have fixed, inflexible ideas of who you want to be, view this as a time for learning.
Becoming the best version of yourself can – and should – be fun!
Say “yes” to invitations you might have declined before, and be more open to the things that suit your personality.
Many new activities you try could end up helping shape your idea of what the best version of yourself is.
For example, if you're working on becoming a more outspoken and assertive person, experimenting with how to reinvent your look can have an unexpected impact.
Meanwhile, if you shape your life pursuing creativity, don't limit yourself to what you already know you're good at. Try new ones, too – what's the worst that could happen?
Laugh Daily
Never underestimate the raw power of laughter!
You'll feel happier, more energized and more open to the possibility of you actively pursue things that make you laugh.
Make it a priority to watch movies and read books that connect you with the funnier side of life.
Then with that, you can take the time to be truly silly with your friends.
When adult life takes over, it's tempting to spend most of our time talking about problems and weighty topics.
However, when we deliberately pursue the fun, playful parts of life we reconnect with the youthful parts of ourselves.
The youthful parts of our life are the parts that are still full of raw potential.
Laughing also helps to remind you that the process of reinvention doesn't have to be deadly serious. Instead, it can be exciting, bold, and even funny at times.
Commitment
If you want to reinvent yourself into the best person you can possibly be, commitment is an absolute must.
There will be times when you encounter doubt, or where your energy for the process of transformation wanes a little.
It's important to be aware of shifts and to take care of yourself so that you can recover your enthusiasm.
If you have an overarching sense of commitment to your goal, you're able to persist and keep at it.
There are different things you can do in order to bolster commitments. Some people find accountability helpful – so, if you have a friend who also wants to reinvent themselves, consider doing this side by side and checking in about your goals.
Saying simple, positive affirmations that support your goals can also help to keep you in the right frame of mind.
A Proven System To Reinvent Yourself
Now that you have a better sense of what reinventing yourself involves and how you can achieve your goals. It's worth thinking about what might make this journey easier.
For example, it's easier to figure out what you want to change – and how to change it – if you've got some kind of system or tool for reinvention. Following a set process simplifies the whole plan, and can also help you be consistent in following your reinvention plan.

Everyday Manifesting - Finding Joy Throu.
Life Goals: How To Set and Achieve Your Goals In Life
We all have life goals, but when was the last time you articulated yours in a clear, unambiguous way? In reality, most of us rarely feel like we have the time to write down our life goals. We're constantly busy, whether at work, with family, or both. And when we're not busy, it's tempting just to flop down on the sofa to watch television or play with your phone.
However, explicitly setting and planning for life goals can help you turn vague thoughts and feelings into actions. If you're feeling restless, bored or just not fully satisfied, perhaps now is the time to make some concrete plans.
Here, we'll look at different types of goals, how to go about setting them and offer techniques and reminders that will help you make good plans. Throughout, we'll also consider some of the most common roadblocks and how to overcome them.
What Are Your Life Goals?
First, what exactly are life goals?
Essentially, they're the big things you want to accomplish in your life. When you picture yourself happy, what you imagine yourself doing can give you a good sense of at least some of your life goals.
To get a sense of your own personal goals, ask yourself what is important to you.
You might find it helpful to write down a list of things you value, simply brainstorming ideas before sorting them into some kind of order.
For example, common life goals include achieving a particular career milestone, finding a partner, having a family, creating certain types of art, and making a difference to the world around you.
However, it's entirely normal to have lots of goals in life and struggle with which one you should pursue first. Let's take a closer look at how to set reliable, achievable and appropriately ambitious goals.
3 Types Of Goals
Very broadly speaking, there are three types of goals that you can set. It's good to set goals in all of these categories, but getting a clearer idea of the category into which some particular goal fits can help you better plan to achieve it.
We'll explain how to tell the difference between these three types and give some examples of each. In addition, note that some goals fall into more than one category.
Time Sensitive Goals
Time-sensitive goes are oriented to a specific schedule or are deliverable at a particular time.
For example, passing a particular course is a time-sensitive goal, as you have to study and submit assessments for deadlines that determine whether you pass the course.
Similarly, saving a particular amount of money in time for your wedding is time-sensitive, though in this case you are setting the time-sensitivity rather than having it externally imposed on you.
Sometimes, it's helpful to set time-sensitive goals even if there's no particular reason for the self-set deadline.
Focus Goals
Focus goals are goals that help keep you on track toward a larger, ultimate goal.
When you have a particularly big, overarching aim, you may find it useful to break the goal into smaller focus goals.
For example, if you have the ultimate goal of changing your career, you might have a series of focus goals that all lead to this change.
The first focus goal might be gaining a new qualification, while the next may be resigning your CV, and another may involve professional networking (all in service of the ultimate goal).
Specific Areas Of Life Goals
Finally, specific areas of life goals are ones that focus on a particular domain. For example, you may have goals that are confined to your personal life, your professional life, your creative life, and so on.
Once again, you may set distinct goals in these areas at the same time. In your personal life, you may have a goal of finding a new partner, and in your creative life, you may be working on completing your first novel.
Of course, there can also be overlaps – starting a business with a friend might be both a personal and professional goal.
SMART Goals
Using the SMART goal formula is an effective, evidence-based approach to setting and achieving all the types of goals discussed above.
SMART is an acronym that stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-Bound.
Using these criteria, it's much easier to figure out what you want to achieve and construct a plan for how to do it.
You can apply this format just as readily in your personal life and your professional life, and it clarifies your goals as well as ensuring that they're realistic.
We'll work our way through each aspect of the acronym, explain how to apply it and offer some concrete examples of how a goal might meet (or fail to meet) each specific criteria.
Specific
A specific goal is one that is written down in plain, unambiguous language.
An example, in contrast “I want to make more money” with “I want to gain a promotion by next summer”.
The latter is a specific goal, while the former is vague. When you are specific and focus on the action that you'll be taking, you immediately give yourself a clearer image of the steps you need to take.
Measurable
When goals are measurable, it's easy to quantify success. For example, a goal like “I want to go on three dates next month” includes numbers that offer a clear way to evaluate whether you've met your goal.
With this measurable component, you can take an honest look at your progress, and if you don't manage to meet the goal then you can see immediate areas for change (e.g., you might aim for one date next month).
Achievable
Some people use the word “attainable” rather than “achievable” here, but the message is just that your goal needs to be something that you can meet. While it's good to have goals that stretch you, studies on success indicate that unrealistic goals are actually demotivating.
For example, “I want to run a 10K by summer” is achievable if you're just starting training, while “I want to run a 30K race by summer” is less likely so.
Relevant
Relevant goals are ones that make sense right now. For example, setting the goal “I want to have three children” isn't a relevant goal just yet if you haven't met the goal of meeting a life partner.
In other cases, the goal might be achievable but not maximally useful. For example, boosting your CV may improve your professional image, but it's not the most relevant to set if you aren't actively looking for a new job.
Time-Based
Lastly, goals should be time-based (or “timely” goals on some formulations of SMART). This means that they should have a time frame attached to them, rather than being open-ended.
So, opt for “I want to lose two stone in the next six months” rather than just “I want to lose two stone.” Once again, time constraints improve motivation and help to keep you accountable.
List Of Goals
Now that you have a solid idea of what a good goal looks like and how you can use the SMART framework to generate and refine your goals, you have the tools you need to clarify what's possible for you. There are a number of key areas in life that everyone should give at least some attention when setting goals, so we'll work through them one by one.
List Of Goals For Spirituality
Spiritual goals don't have to be intimately related to religion. No matter what you believe, everyone has some desire to be part of something bigger than themselves.
Setting spiritual goals is all about figuring out the kind of change you want to make to the world around you, how you can improve the lives of others, and how you want to give back.
There are lots of different ways to do this. For example:
- Meditate for 10 minutes per day
- Visit a beautiful new place each month
- Offer 2 hours of volunteer work each weekend
- Take time to enhance your learning and understanding
- Undertake an act of kindness every day
List Of Goals For Personal Growth
Personal growth goals focus on becoming the best possible version of yourself.
There's an emotional dimension to personal growth involving self-awareness, understanding how the past impacts you, and working through difficult emotions.
Meanwhile, the intellectual dimension of personal growth is about challenging and stretching yourself, new knowledge and adding to your skillset.
Once again, there's room for all kinds of interests and values to shape your personal growth goals. However, some helpful examples include the following:
- Attend and complete a new training course
- Read three books each month
- Complete 12 weeks of counseling sessions
- Write a page in your journal every day
- Challenge yourself to practice a new skill for 10 minutes each day
List Of Goals For Family & Friends
Goals that involve your family and friends will use focus on strengthening, improving, and occasionally mending relationships with those you are close to.
Sometimes, however, the emphasis will be on pulling away from someone rather than leaning into your relationship.
Think about the people you spend the most time with and care the most about, and ask yourself how you might fine-tune your dynamic. For example, you might do any of the following:
- Commit to an hour a month having coffee with a close friend you don't see enough
- Ask three genuine, meaningful questions when you see a particular relative
- Host a family dinner every two months
- Reach out to three people you haven't spoken to and catch up on their news
- Stop engaging in unproductive arguments with a particular relative
List Of Goals For Love & Relationships
As with your friendships and familial relationships, love and relationship goals will often focus on strengthening bonds you already have.
Meanwhile, if you're single and looking for romance, love goals can also be about actively pursuing new relationships. It can also be helpful to focus on how you present yourself in relationships and to think about how you might be more genuine.
Some examples of love goals include:
- Setting aside a designated “date night” with your partner each week
- Going to couple's therapy to work on improving communication
- Arranging at least three online dates per month
- Let people see who you really are when you go on dates
- Making a clean break with an ex-partner who is holding you back.
- Always focus on how to love yourself.
List Of Goals For Recreation
Goals for recreation can encompass all of your hobbies and interests.
It's good to focus on hobbies that contribute positively to your overall well-being. Think of the things that help you ensure you have a good work-life balance, and that helps you cope with stress.
How can you make more time for them?
Some example goals include:
- Commit to not checking your work e-mails during the weekend
- Read fiction for an hour before bed
- Set aside two hours a week for your favorite hobby
- Arrange a family day trip at least once a month
- Return to an old hobby and give it an hour per week of your time.
List Of Goals For Work & Career
When it comes to work and career, the SMART goal framework can be particularly useful.
Often, we have expansive dreams but haven't hammered out the roadmap required to get us to the destination.
Setting SMART goals turns these dreams into a concrete plan you can follow, whether you want to have an entirely new career, want to have two careers at once, or are simply looking to excel in your current career track.
Here are some sample goals that you can adapt:
- Have your business up and running within a year
- Go to three training events to enhance and sharpen your skills this year
- Attend a relevant conference every 2-3 months in order to network
- Implement three strategies to expand your client base
- Delegate more tasks so you can focus on what really matters
List Of Goals For Health
It's vital to remember both your mental and physical health when you reflect on health goals.
Your body and mind are interlinked, and you need to take care of both to be happy. When setting health goals, it's often useful to consider where you often trip up and could stand to take better care of yourself.
Do you need to set better boundaries with others? Are you forgetting to work on physical fitness, or do you catch yourself eating ready meals more than you'd like?
Some example goals include the following:
- Prove the yoga myths wrong by practicing every morning to start the day
- Designate one evening per week for nothing but self-care
- Have a 60-minute workout three times a week
- Cook fresh meals from scratch four days a week
- Say positive affirmations before work each day
List Of Goals For Wealth & Finance
Finally, goals for attracting wealth can serve you in a range of ways.
For example, such goals can help you save money for a specific further goal (or for long-term security), they can help you develop your career, or they can allow you to give more to others.
Again, with finances, it's helpful to think about what you generally find difficult and to base some of your goals on these personal challenges. For example, consider the following template goals:
- Save $___ within the next six months
- Spend less than $___ on restaurant food this year
- Trade takeaway coffees for home-brewed coffee
- Donate $___ amount to charity every month
- Visualize your financial goal once a day
Important Considerations When Planning Your Life Goals
We've looked at how to set goals in different areas, using the evidence-based SMART approach to maximize your chances of success. To finish up, let's think about some further considerations that will help you achieve your life goals. As you read this final bit of advice, think about how it might apply to your own unique set of aims.
Set Realistic Timescales
As the SMART goals framework tells us, time-based (or “timely”) goals are more likely to succeed. One major way in which you might fail to set an achievable goal is by simply forgetting to attach a timescale to that goal.
However, it's also important to think about what kind of time constraints to place on a goal.
Often, we can underestimate how long it might take to achieve something and then end up feeling bad about ourselves.
Alternatively, we might set the goal too far in the future and lose momentum or procrastinate. Try to focus on (and set) time constraints in the middle ground.
Prioritize Your Life Goals
When you've got lots of different dreams and are feeling enthused, it's easy to set far too many goals and get burned out trying to achieve them all.
The end result can be that you don't meet any of those goals at all!
The trick is to start by choosing just one particular thing you'd like to accomplish.
Ask yourself “What is the most important thing on my list?”, then put a plan into action to achieve that specific goal. Remember, that doesn't mean giving up on the others. It just means committing your energy to them in order, one at time.
Understand That Life Goals Can Be Flexible
At the end of the day, you also need to be aware that not every goal comes to fruition. Sometimes, we set goals and we ultimately end up realizing that they don't fit who we are after all.
If a goal is not working for you, it's entirely okay to leave it behind or to adapt it to better suit your purposes.
This doesn't make you a failure. In other cases, you don't need to drop the goal but you do need to change the plan for achieving it.
Don't ever feel like you have to stick to a specific script – stay in touch with your feelings and preferences, and adjust your goals accordingly.
