In this video we talk about why things aren't manifesting, what it has to do with your subconscious mind, and how you can start manifesting what you want.. #Manifesting #lawofattraction #manifestation So the first thing to know is your subconscious speaks frequencies. Not words, not English, not Spanish, not Portuguese, not Chinese, not Vietnamese. Your subconscious mind speaks frequency, which means it takes the essence of what you say, not what you say in and of itself. So when you're a kid and you hear on the news and you hear in a movie and you hear in household from parents, or you hear from the teachers or other friends around you, and you hear that the rich people are ruining the world, you don't take what it says literally and say, Oh yeah, if you're too greedy, it's bad. You don't take what it says. Literally you take what it says from a frequency level, which is money is bad. That's how the associations work in the subconscious. So you pretty quickly get programmed that way. That's how my daughter would get programmed. And that's how you and I would get programmed. It's the overall frequency of the repetitive messages that we hear. It's basically, we get reinforced with propaganda all day long from our dinner tables when we're growing up household or from the dominant music that is approved by the powers that be, these are all the same powers that be that control Hollywood, the dominant messages and frequencies that we hear from conversations and media sends a message to our subconscious mind, and it comes down to frequency. And this is why I'm so into the second mind. And the idea of the second mind is because the first mind is one program by society. And the second mind is the one that you've consciously reprogrammed. It's you taking your mind back from society? It's you deleting the viruses off your super computer and upgrading the software. And this is my intention, at least do with my daughter. We're all human. And it sounds like a really abstract term, but it's really important to understand this. So this is the new science that still hold his, not in our school systems. You can interpret that however you want, but it's still not in our school S neuroplasticity. So neuroplasticity means that your neuro meaning your brain, your brain is plastic. Meaning it's moldable, it's changeable. It's reprogrammable. Like for instance, the software on a computer is plastic. Meaning you can reinstall new software. It's not hard to do. If you know what you're doing, it's not hard to do. You just upload the new software. You reprogram the new software, but if you don't know what you're doing, then your brain is basically static, right? It's like the old app. It's, it's like the old adage. You can't teach an old new tricks. And that's how we used to think we were, we were stuck with the way we're programmed. Nothing could be further from the truth. And neuroplasticity shows us this. There's a term in neuroscience. It's says Hepps law nerve cells that fire together wire together basically means that the dominant ways that your synaptic connections are formed in your brain, they eventually wired together. And then they continue to wire together and then they continue to wire together. And then they continue to wire together. It's just like an attraction or a momentum factor that happens neurologically as you have the same emotions and thoughts and beliefs, they continue to reinforce it. Yes, and wire together. But the great thing about out that is you can always true old neurological connections and build new ones. This is the term in neuroscience called pruning. So when you have a synaptic connection, meaning two neurons, fire, and wire together, and they build a connection in your brain. If you want to erase old limiting ones, it's called pruning. And you can do this very easily. If you use a daily repetition to insert new synaptic connections or new neurological connections in your brain, and this is plastic, [inaudible] at work. This is neuro-plasticity at work. Meaning your brain is plastic. It's multiple, it's malleable, it's changeable, it's reprogrammable. And this in essence is upgrading the software. So this is stepping out of your first mind, consciously deciding how you want your brother. I mean, or your mind would be programmed. In this video we talk about the truth about God. What is God? What is Spirit? And Watts says, you can't keep wet by the word water so you can call it whatever you want. But there is an omnipresent, infinite, eternal intelligence. I call it a divine intelligence that is not only in everything. It is everything. Every cell of your body, every single atom in physical matter, more appropriately described all physical matter is this energy. You can call it spirit. You can call it God. Alan watt says you can't get wet by the word water. But we used to think we lived in a Newtonian model of physics and Newtonian mechanical model of the world that was in people still operate with this belief system it's wrong. And this Newtonian model was we believed that we lived in a physical universe and physical things. Everything that could be perceived with the naked eye that was reality and energy was this kind of unexplainable side phenomena that was caused by physical matter. It's wrong. Albert Einstein showed us that equals MC squared basically told us that energy and matter are the same thing. So then you go, well, what are these atoms? They're 99% empty space, all physical. This chair's made up of Adam [inaudible] atomic particles more correctly. And then there's smaller things called like quirks and all these weird names, but at the core it's 99.999% empty space. What is that empty space? It's spirit. It's God, it is energy. It is this divine intelligence and yeah, it's vibrating basically at such a pure frequency of light that we can't see all of it. 99% of my body, 99% of everything that you want. 99% of the chair you're sitting on is empty space. It's divine light, it's divine consciousness. It's God is spirit vibrating at a frequency that is outside of the spectrum of visible light that our eyes can see. And that our brain is conditioned to believing as reality. This is a very small bandwidth of reality, and there is an Omnipod present. Conscious, there is an omnipresent order to things through this white, if you want to call it that. And it's, we now know from science that this energy or energy itself is never created or destroyed. I'll use the word God and energy inner inner change bubbly personally. So we know that everything in this universe is simply energy and that there is just one originating source of this energy. Energy is never created or destroyed. It's already infinite in nature and omnipresent in nature. So every single cell of your body has this pier frequency of God. This purely unlimited spirit energy is flowing through your consciousness and you give it form with your mental faculties, with your imagination, with your thinking it channels within and through you and you give it form. And then how spirit, how God manifests itself in your life is just a bunch of different frequencies, but it's everything. So one of my favorite statements is that the divine miracle working presence flows in and through me, the divine miracle working presence flows in and through me. So if the divine miracle working presence flows in and through you, then what does that mean? All the blessings of the universe can just start flowing into your life when you recognize this. So what I invite you to do is to really think about that phrase right there, the divine miracle working presence flows in and through you and organizes all the events of your life. The divine miracle, working presence flows in and through you and organizes all the events of your life. So if the divine miracle working presence of wellbeing is, is every single cell of my body. Then I must be a totally divine being and this creative force of the universe, this unlimited power of God is actually on my side to improve my life. That this universe is a friendly place in that God, this universe, this higher power, it is actually conspiring on my behalf to make my life better and better. Give me more abundance. Give me more of the, the things that I love, because it is infinite in nature already, and I already am one with it. So it's just seeking expression of more amazing miracles through you. That's what's happening. That's the, that's the most amazing thing about life.

How To Break Bad Habits And Start Forming Habits That Matter
We all have at least some bad habits. Whether we watch television, spend too much time on social media, or avoid exercise, we can all think of some entrenched behaviors that we would rather change.
However, in practice, it's often hard to move past these habits. For example, you might kick one of them for a few days, and then, before you know it, you slip right back into your old ways. We want to help you change that.
First, we'll look at the nature of habits and their formation. More importantly, we'll then tackle the matter of how you change your habits.
We'll offer tips you can use to break a bad habit starting today, and explore how long it takes to reliably establish a new habit.
Finally, we'll talk about how to generally establish good habits in life, sharing all the best tricks and techniques to help you stick to habits that promote health and happiness.
What Is A Habit And How Do Habits Form?
The formation of habits is a subconscious process that involves a looping series of steps – cue, craving, response, and reward. Suppose, for example, that you have a habit of eating when you're stressed.
First, in the cue stage, there is some kind of stressful trigger that tells your brain it's time to kickstart a particular pattern of behavior.
Secondly, you experience a strong urge to do that thing – in other words, to eat something now that you've stressed.
Thirdly, in the response phase, you go ahead and fulfill that craving, by eating something.
Finally – and crucially – you hit the reward stage where you (temporarily) feel good because you've eaten something.
At this point, your brain gives you a big hit of dopamine – the “reward” chemical that makes you want to keep on coming back to the same behavior, again and again, even when you know it's self-destructive.
Another important neurological point to note is that the decision-making part of the brain is inert when we're in the throes of a habit.
Instead, we're in a kind of “automatic” mode, where cues and cravings bypass our reasoning. However, habits don't have to be bad – we can harness this cycle for our own good.
The Power Of Habits And How They Can Change Your Life
An estimated 45% of our time is spent doing habitual tasks. It stands to reason, then, that habits can completely transform your life.
When they're healthy, they promote mental and physical well-being. And when they're unhealthy, they do the opposite.
That means it's absolutely vital to identify and analyze your own habits.
The good news is that even very small changes can trigger massive transformations in the long-term.
Any successful person you admire or look up to has simply cultivated a group of strong, positive, and constant habits.
With this in mind, let's first consider how to scrap bad habits, then move on to discuss how to cultivate good ones.
How To Break Bad Habits Once And For All
If you want to figure out how to break habits, you need to use your knowledge of the aforementioned habit loop to your advantage. In other words, you need to figure out exactly what your cues, cravings, responses, and rewards are.
This allows you to make plans that undermine this cycle. In time, you can associate a trigger like stress or anxiety with a different craving, response, and reward altogether.
Breaking Bad Habits By Identifying Your Triggers
The very first thing you'll want to do is figure out the specific triggers for your bad habits. One way to do this is to commit to logging your habits for a week.
Every time you catch yourself doing something you don't really stand by, write it down. What were you thinking, feeling, and doing before you started doing this?
Quite quickly, you'll begin to see patterns emerge. At this point, you can begin to remove these cues (or triggers) from your environment.
Let's take an example. Imagine, your unwanted habit is scrolling through your social media feed, and that you've identified the following triggers: feeling bored, and not having a clear schedule for the day.
To respond to these triggers, make your environment more interesting. Add other things that engage you, that offer a clear alternative choice. Meanwhile, plan each day's schedule the night before.
Breaking Bad Habits By Making Them Difficult
Psychology experts tell us that we are more likely to take the path of least resistance. In other words, generally speaking, we do what is easy, and avoid what is hard.
You can take advantage of this tendency with respect to bad habits, and make the habits harder to do. For example, in the social media case above, you could put your phone in a locked drawer, or uninstall certain apps, or put install a timer in your browser that limits access to certain sites.
There are straightforward ways to make the worst habits harder. Stress-eaters can simply refuse to buy some of their most tempting foods, or place them on the highest shelves.
Fingernail biters can cover their nails with false nails. And those who watch too much TV can take the batteries out of the remote. All of these actions make it tough to automatically slide into a habit, allowing your reasoning faculties to come back online.
How Many Days Does It Take To Break A Habit?
As you'll be aware from previous attempts, you can't break a habit overnight. In fact, sometimes it can feel like it takes forever. The research on this says slightly different things.
For example, plastic surgery studies indicate it takes around 21 days to adjust to the changes from a cosmetic procedure.
Meanwhile, researchers at University College London found the average habit took about 66 days to adopt.
In general, the consensus now is that it takes at least two months to really break an old habit.
So, if you're still finding things tricky after a few weeks, don't despair – you're well on your way.
How Long Does It Take To Form A Habit?
We can except a similar timeframe to be true when trying to establish a brand new habit (such as an exercise routine, a meditation practice, or daily sessions honing a skill).
The aforementioned study saw results ranging from just 18 days to 254, so you can safely assume you're likely to be somewhere in the middle.
In other words, if you start a new habit today, you will likely have securely established it in about 4-8 weeks.
How To Develop Good Habits In Life
As we've already discussed, you can create barriers to unhealthy habits but you will still encounter triggers fairly often. The real trick is to swap a bad habit for a good one.
With that in mind, let's look at the foundational techniques you can use to establish healthy new habits that last.
Forming Habits By Building Systems, Not Goals.
Let's be careful at differentiating between building goals and building systems, as the latter is what will bring you success. First, think about what it feels like to set a big goal.
It can be frightening, right? Some people find big goals inspiring and immediately start working toward them, but many of us are scared into procrastinating instead. We may tell ourselves that we're not ready yet, or that we have too much on our plates.
In contrast, building systems starts with thinking about what a person would do if they had achieved your goals. How would they spend their time? What would their schedule look like?
Then, build a system around what you've deduced. Instead of obsessing about outcomes (e.g., “I want to be promoted”), you start to focus on processes (e.g., “I'm going to attend three professional development seminars this month”).
In addition, view yourself as you'd view the version of you who has achieved your goals. Tell yourself “I'm moving up the ladder at work”, not “I want to be promoted.”
In sum, if you build a system that makes you behave like a driven, professionally capable person, meeting your promotion goal almost takes care of itself.
Forming Habits By Making Them Obvious
The first step here is to make your current bad habits more obvious to yourself. A fantastic trick here is to make sure you write your habits down and name them.
For each item on the last, ask yourself if you want to keep it in your life. If you don't, write a revised plan that brings a new habit into play, and write down the details.
For example, you might want to replace the habit of eating candy with the habit of eating more fruit and vegetables.
At what points in the day will you do this? What challenges will you face in trying to keep up this habit? Plan for them, and put those plans into practice.
Try to design your environment to draw attention to your new habits and make them obvious to you. For example, take the food you want to avoid out of sight, and put the food you want to eat in sight.
Just as important is the act of surrounding yourself with people who make your new, positive habit obvious. In our current example, this means spending time with health-conscious fit people who remind you why your new habit is so attractive to you.
Forming Habits By Making Them Easy
To make your habits easy, start small and straightforward. So, if you want to be able to run a marathon, start with a week in which you go for a power walk every second day.
And if you want to become a writer, don't try to complete a novel over a weekend. Instead, challenge yourself to write 200 words a day this week, then 500 words a day next week.
The key point here is that real, lasting change doesn't happen overnight.
It's slow and gradual, and it establishes solid foundations that stop you from straying in the future.
Further, make sure you don't get hung up on doing your habits the “right” way. In other words, you don't need the very best tennis shoes, or to wait until you can afford the best Bluetooth headphones to soundtrack your run.
Any supportive, comfortable shoes are good enough, and no one ever failed to get fit because they were wearing old headphones.
In sum, making a habit easy is about practicing ever-increasing parts of the system you came up with when we were talking about systems and goals. It's about showing up with a little time, effort, and determination each day.
Forming Habits By Changing Your Mindset
Finally, to establish and stick to a healthy new habit, you need to adapt your thinking. The good news is that these changes support not only your new habit but healthy self-esteem and success in all areas of life.
One of the most powerful things you can do in this area is to tell yourself “I don't” rather than “I can't” when you're trying to reject a bad habit and replace it with a good one.
Research on this change proves that it actively helps you make healthier, better decisions. For example, one study of 120 participants compared those who said “I can't” with those who said, “I won't”.
So, say, the first group might repeat the sentence “I can't eat candy” and the second would repeat the sentence “I won't eat candy.”
When they were presented with candy, the “I can't” group ate the chocolate over 60% of the time while the “I don't” group ate it closer to 35% of the time.

We've never been told the truth and this is what they don't want us to know. And this is what they have intentionally withheld from us. And this was kept secret, but the reality is the truth will set you free. And this is the most magnificent thing you could ever learn. We now know from the research we've done in quantum physics and subatomic particles, that an atom is 99% empty space. What is it then? How could, how could everything that looks physical and feels physical, be 99% empty space because just a massive energy moving at a very high speed of vibration. So what is this telling us? It's telling us that we are not any of our limitations because our limitations are illusions. We're afraid of death. We're afraid of dying. We're afraid of not live. Like we're afraid of everything. We're afraid of this idea that who you are is greater than anything you could possibly conceive of. And we over attached to all these limitations and that's how we're controlled in our world. If you think about it, what stops people from making money? I don't know how it's too hard, but you don't understand I'm too old and I'm too young and I don't have the right education and look at my bank account. I don't have enough money. And it's easy for you to say it's all based off of reasons from the outside world. But the outside world is just a bunch of illusion. We do the same with love. Yeah, but you don't understand my last, I went on like 40 dates and they, none of them worked and there's no good women left. All the women just want money and there's no right guys up in this happening. And we use the physical world, the world of reality to define our illusions and ceilings of our life. That quite frankly, they're at ceilings at all. It's like spending your whole life thinking that the roof was the sky, not realizing the sky is another good Julian miles away. And by sky, obviously what I mean is outer space. The stars, the cosmos, but we think the ceiling is our reality. What if you could finally remember the truth. You're a spiritual being in the physical body. You are not a physical body. You're a spiritual being your soul. Everything is spirit, spirit awaits direction from the soul. And you as soul are an infinite, eternal, endless being death is just a change of a point of awareness. There's no such thing to fear because we're the imagination of ourselves as bill Hicks would say, and we can free ourselves from everything. And if we, I realize that then we're not bound to being stuck in all of our old emotions and all of our anger and fear and depression. None of it. You're a spiritual being in a physical body. And you're one with the universal energy. And if you're one with the universal energy, then it must be conspiring on your behalf to help improve, transform, and advance every aspect of your life because you are spirit. And at the core, your spiritual DNA is perfect in app. The course spirit is for constant expense. Think about it. The universe is always expanding. It is always never not expanding. It's always expanding and it's totally in nature. And there's only one, one originating substance here. There's only one universal force here. Just a bunch of different frequencies or manifestations of it. That's all we're seeing here. And so if the universe is infinite in nature, totally abundant to nature. And it's for constant expansion because you are one, you share all those same qualities. So at the core of your destiny is constant expansion, constant expansion in your business, in your finances, in your happiness and your health and your excitement and your adventure in every year, year after year, 2020, 2021, 2022, it just, life keeps getting better and better. And you keep expanding the horizons of what you're capable of your net worth increases every year. Your friendships deepen every year, your romance deepens every year, your confidence, your joy, your spirituality, your happiness, it's expanding and ends lost in infinity because your spiritual DNA is perfect. And you're one with spirit and spirits for constant expansion. Therefore your bank account, your love life, your health, your happiness, your success should follow all that reason. That with me, just simply reason that with me, think about that. If you are one with spirit or one with the universe, and there's only really one universal energy here, just a bunch of different frequencies of it, just a bunch of different variations, just months of different manifestations of it, just a different, a bunch of different appearances of it. But there's one energy.

And what I mean by that is you can literally imagine things hold the pictures of them in your mind, and then hold them in your hand and have them in your life. You can bring the money you want into your life. You can think about somebody. You can think about something and shows up in your life because whatever you can hold in your mind, you can hold in your hand and having your life. But there's just a very simple three step process to follow. And that's what we're going to be talking about in this video. Number one, write it down and read it daily. It is amazing how many people don't do this. They're so, so, so much amazing magic that happens when you write something down and read it daily. There's like a magical esoteric component. And then there's just the practical neuroscience aspect of it. That what you're doing. If you're reading the same statement over and over in the present tense, I've been doing it since I was 20. I tape what I want onto her refrigerator. And I read it out loud. I tape what I want on the door to my bedroom. I read it out loud every morning. And every night I carry index cards with me everywhere. And when I'm on walks, I read it out loud to myself over and over. What I'm doing is I understand how the brain works. The brain does something called hubs law. It says that nerve cells, that fire together wire together. So what I'm doing is I'm activating the same brain cells, the same synaptic connections over and over and over again. And I'm starting to develop a pattern of the way that my brain cells wired together. I'm basically what I'm doing is I'm, hard-wearing my brain for something that I want so that my brain produces it automatically. And this is amazing. I mean, it's changed my life. It gave me everything that I wanted in life. And so very simply all you need to do is write what you want in the present tense. Start it with. I am so happy and grateful and then write it out and read it. Every single solitary day. Step number two is to suspend your disbelief. If you are such a skeptic that you think what we're saying is ridiculous perception creates reality. All you need to do is suspend your disbelief for a little while. You could have it back later. What if the beliefs that you thought were true about reality? Weren't true. And you were just programmed by society. What if all of the limitations that you thought you had were simply illusions? What if you could make five times more money than you ever thought you could? What, if you could write down your biggest dreams and goals on a piece of paper and then go out there and make them a reality. What if you could attract the most amazing romantic relationship ever? What if you could start visualizing things and they would show up in your life. What if you found out that the power of thought was so powerful, so miraculous that it gave you the key to have everything that you wanted in life. People don't even think about the fact that that's true. And so they're carrying around their disbelief for so long with them that they're never able to reprogram their subconscious mind because the subconscious is really the operating system of your life. The most powerful supercomputer in the world is your mind is your brain. That's controlled by your subconscious psychologists say 95% of our life is subconscious. So if you can consciously start to suspend your disbelief and welcome in miracles, what you're going to do is you're going to find out that a lot of those beliefs that you thought you had about reality, simply weren't true. That money is easier to make. You're more worthy of what you want. Then you can imagine true love exists. The perfect people come to you with the perfect time. Spirit always manifests itself perfectly in your life. But to find out these miracles, you just have to suspend your disbelief just the same way. When you watch a movie and you suspend your disbelief so that you can get emotionally involved in the movie. Well, let's just do the same thing right now. We build this comfortable pattern, and eventually we get to this point where God just like smashes it all down. And the universe is like, it looks so bad. It looks like it's, it's so terrifying in our life. And the truth is that God, isn't trying to break you. God is trying to shape you. God's not trying to kill you guys trying to rebuild you. God's trying to give you more blessings. The universe is trying to upgrade your life. But the thing is, you're holding such a small container that it's got to smash the entire container. So it can give you a bigger cup and that's because life is happening for you, not to you. So if you're seeing these things starting to kind of fall apart, take a deep breath, let go and let God and know that the universe is conspiring on your behalf. And sometimes it has to have bad things happen. So really good things can ultimately happen. The next sign that God is preparing you for a breakthrough is that you're asking, why is this happening to me? Why is this happening? Why is this happening again? Why does this always happen? To me? It's the matrix of consciousness. It's the conceptual level. It's a level of our ego that is believing it's a victim to life circumstances. So it says, why is this happening to me? And it's a condition pattern in our society. Why does this always happen to me? Well, what this is is a sign that God is bringing this to the surface so it can smash it and move you from victim to Victor, from reactor to creator, it's smashing, it's bringing up all that kind of victim here. It comes again. The same crap that happens in all our highs in it stinks. It's bringing it up so it can move you out of victimhood. And it can help you. Remember, you are a victim or you are a divine being. You are worthy of what you want. You are blessed beyond measure. There is a powerful, universal force that you can call it bond that can orchestrate God and direct your life. There is a miracle working presence that not only moves through you and is always available to you and is always working on your behalf. It is you it's in every single cell of your body. Every atom of your body is vibrating in harmony with this miracle working presence of the universe. And you need to have that right. Final victim, all more craps coming to me. So God can smash that.
